Realistic Food USB Flash Drives

By Village Mayor • Mar 2nd, 2009 • Category: Funny, Latest Post, Weird

A USB flash drive consists of a NAND-type flash memory data storage device integrated with a USB (universal serial bus) interface. USB flash drives are typically removable and rewritable, much smaller than a floppy disk (1 to 4 inches or 2.5 to 10 cm), and most USB flash drives weigh less than an ounce. Storage capacities typically range from 64 MB to 64 GB with steady improvements in size and price per gigabyte. Some allow 1 million write or erase cycles and have 10-year data retention, connected by USB 1.1 or USB 2.0.

I hope you haven’t just read this dull introduction that I copied from Wikipedia. Better enjoy these pictures of these realistic and strange USB flash drives!

THESE ARE LITERALLY AMAZING! Me and my friends want these for presents but we can’t seem to find the prices… The shrimp one was the funniest, and the ’shushi’ usb looked delicious. Note that as the Spelling Bee winner, I can’t help but point out that ’shushi’ was spelt wrong. It is really ‘Sushi’. I like the fact that they make the drives look bigger than the computer :)

LOL, I thought those sausage and ground pork flash drives were real ones on the market now. I’m always on the lookout! There is actually a cabbage memory stick out and thankfully it’s less monstrous than the one illustrated above lol. I wrote about it here:

It really is crazy the many different shapes manufactures and individual gadget hackers come up with. Cool site! :o )

These drives are hillarious… I just got one that may not be as creative (it looks like a bullet) but came loaded with live footage of My Chemical Romance and photos, it came with a bulletproof vest I bought through the website.

Ah, USB drives encased in familiar shapes and designs. A much more practical implementation is Mimoco’s Mimobots (mimoco.com). There you can get flash drives of popular cartoon characters and they come with fun preloaded content!
