The NY State DMV revoked it after I had had it on my car for over two years because someone complained. Although DMV requested that the plates be returned, I haven't and don't plan to return them. Now the DMV requests that a vanity-plate applicant explain what the plate means or represents. The bureaucracy along with the number of self-righteous self-appointed censors in this state is unbelievable! This is why New York State is no longer the Empire State, but now the Slum-pire State.
