Banksy’s "Village Pet Store And Charcoal Grill"Exhibition
By Village Mayor • Oct 17th, 2008 • Category: Art, Latest PostNo. 89, Seventh Avenue South, Greenwich Village, New York
Open 10am – 12am daily until October 31st.
Some time in October a quite pet shop opened in New York. And things look a bit crazy inside: McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets sip barbecue sauce, fish sticks swim in a tank, a rabbit puts on her makeup, a CCTV camera nurtures its young or chimpanzee watches monkeys in a hot moment.
The tiny space can hold no more than 20 people at a time and becomes the first exhibition of Banksy in the United States.
Here’s just a taste of what you’ll experience in Banksy’s "Village Pet Store and Charcoal Grill" exhibition. I hope you enjoy his work as much as I do.

I love the thought and meaning that can come out of this stuff… The leopard one is strong! So terrible. I wish I knew how to engineer art like that!

I’ve been a fan of Banksy’s work for a while now, I really like his stencil work
This is also creative, but it makes me laugh more than admire
hey Mike Murphy, people make money doing much stupider stuff, and this isn’t harming anyone.
