		<description>Here&#039;s one you missed. The Honey Bee Hive, The architect won a prize for this creative design however, due to the fact that it was a 5-story walk-up (with no elevator) and the crooked interior walls, no one wanted to live here. It was vacant for a very long time all the while the price for each apartment kept dropping in the hopes &quot;someone&quot; would buy them, Finally a group of poor religious Jews decided it was affordable enough.
